When creating a mileage claim, you can add journeys to your Favourites, these can then be selected when the same journey is repeated.

Once you are in your claim, follow the steps below to add your Favourite Journeys.

1. Select the relevant mileage category (e.g. Mileage, Business mileage etc)
2. Enter the Date that the trip took place
3. Now click in the From field, this will open an interactive map
4. Click in the From field and enter where you travelled From and now where you travelled To – this can be a postcode or place name
5. Enter any additional way points if required
6. The system will now map your route
7. Click on the route and drag and drop to change if required
8. Click Save

When you click back to the map, you will see your journey in the Recent section of the map window.

Click the star to add the Journey to your Favourites.

Your recent Journey has now been added to your Favourites.
