When mapping my Webexpenses categories to the Xero Chart of accounts, nothing is showing. How can I map them?

The mappings on the Xero integration point to the Expenses tab in the Xero Chart of Accounts.
If a Webexpenses category has tax applied to it then the mapping will offer any categories from the Expenses tab in Xero Chart of Accounts that have the same tax percentage applied.
Eg, if the Webexpenses category has 20% tax against it, you will see any categories from Xero that have 20% tax. |

Ensure that they haven’t been archived in Xero. Ensure that their email address is the same in Xero as it is in Webexpenses. |
My Xero Integration has disconnected |
Log into Webexpenses as an Administrator
3. Click on the Xero Integration listed 3. Click on the Connect button This will now take you to your Xero login screen. Once you have entered your Xero credentials, you will be returned to Webexpenses and the integration will show as connected. Please note: if you have removed the Webexpenses app from your Xero account, the integration may still show as connected - click Disconnect and then reconnect again to reinstall the app in Xero.
