You will find a Credit Card shortcut on the app dashboard, which will take you straight to your uploaded credit card items. Follow the steps below to add them to a claim and then submit them to your approver for reconciliation.
- Open the Webexpenses app on your mobile device
- Tap Credit Card
- Tap each Credit card item to review and attach receipts
- Select all transactions by tapping Select All at the top of the screen or individually if all are not required
- Now tap Add to Claim
- If you have an Open claim ready for your Corporate Credit card transactions, tap the claim Title to add
- To create a new claim, tap Add to New Claim
- Complete the claim header if required and then tap the tick to Save
- Tap the tick to Submit to your approver for review
