If a mileage rate is no longer required, it can be removed from the selection list and archived. Ensure that you are logged into your account as an administrator and follow the steps below.

1. Click Administration in the main menu
2. Now click Mileage Rate
3. Click on the Mileage Rate that you want to archive
4. Click the Active button and change it from Yes to No
5. Click Save to keep the changes
6. Select the inactive Mileage Rate by ticking the box alongside the rate
7. Now click the Archive button at the top of the screen
8. Click OK to confirm the archive
9. The Mileage Rate has now disappeared from the list and moved to the Archived tab.
