If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset this yourself from the Webexpenses login screen.
- Go to the login screen
- Click Forgot password? Click here.
3. Enter the email address that you use to log in (this is usually your work email address)
4. You will then receive an email to your work email address with a link to enable you to set your password.
5. If the link says that it has expired immediately after receiving it, please contact your IT department and ask them to white list our email address donotreply@notification.gb.webexpenses.com

Unfortunately, the reason for this is due to your IT security settings. You will need to get in touch with your IT team and ask them to whitelist our email address (donotreply@notification.gb.webexpenses.com) so that it's accepted.
