Need to tidy up your User list and hide anyone that's no longer part of your organisation?
No problem! When people leave the business, you can lock their Webexpenses account and then archive their profile so that it's no longer visible in the user list.
- Ensure that you are logged into Webexpenses as an Administrator
- Click on Administration in the main menu and then click User
- Locate the user that you would like to Archive and click on their name to open the profile
- Scroll down the screen until you see the Lock button
- Click on No to change it to Yes
6. Click Save to keep your changes, you will be returned to the user list
7. Locate the locked user and select them by ticking the box alongside their name
8. Now click Archive at the top of the screen
9. Confirm that you wish to do this by clicking OK
10. The user has now been moved to the Archive tab
