In some cases, the browsing history can influence how websites behave and that includes webexpenses. Most often, clearing your browsers cache can help and give the browser a refresh.
If you would like to clear your browsers cache, please follow the steps below:
Google Chrome:
- On your computer, open the Chrome browser.
- On the top-right of the browser, click on the 3 vertical dots
- Click on Clear browsing data
- Set the time range to All time and ensure the following 3 options are ticked; Browsing history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click on Clear data
Firefox:
- Click the menu button at the top-right of the screen.
- Click on the History option
- Set the time range to Everything
- Ensure Cached Web Content is ticked
- Click on the Clear Now button
Microsoft Edge:
- On the top-right of the browser, click on the 3 horizontal dots
- Select the History option
- Click on the 3 vertical dots at the top of the history page and then click on Open history page
- Click on Clear Browsing data
- Select All time as the time range
- Select the options Browsing history and Cached images and files
- Click Clear Now
